We take the health and safety of our staff and customers extremely seriously. Please be assured we are continually reviewing our procedures during the Covid-19 outbreak and are closely monitoring the situation daily for updates and guidance from the official government website and WHO.
Supporting our customer operations…
We aim to provide as much support to our customers as possible, and continue to operate our service at full strength, including 24/7 out-of-hours support, for both reactive and planned maintenance works.
We have full contingency plans in place to ensure that we can continue to operate as normal, with increased measures for safety precautions. For on-site engineering teams, these include:
- Each on-site team is equipped with sanitizing products to reduce the chance of cross-contamination.
- All teams have been instructed on how to operate under current government guidance.
- All tools, paperwork and equipment are to be handled by engineer only.
- Risks at each site are to be evaluated independently.
If we must self-isolate, our customer service teams are fully equipped for remote working and will respond to office calls and emails as usual and continue to provide an effective service throughout this challenging situation.
