Jayne joined the CB team in 2020 as a Service Administrator. With a background in refrigeration and customer service, Jayne was able to immerse herself quickly in both the company and her new role.
The Service Administration role is an incredibly important and varied role. Jayne looks after a number of customer accounts and works collaboratively with the wider CB team in order to ensure the daily operation runs smoothly.
A typical day for Jayne involves liaising with our customers, constructing quotes, ordering parts and keeping our systems up to date. She is often the first point of contact for many of our customers and is always happy to offer her assistance and manage any changes that arise. Our committed team work closely with our customers to understand each business and gather the key information required to deliver a full-service solution that exceeds expectation.
