Tom joined CB Refrigeration bringing with him 15+ years of experience within the refrigeration industry. He quickly progressed from the role of Operations Manager, to Director, to Managing Director; transforming CB into a diverse refrigeration business operating in a variety of sectors, industries, and new locations.
With a proven track record of delivering results and cultivating teams, Tom has developed the business culturally and has closely mentored the CB team, watching their progression as they’ve grown; allowing the business to expand and thrive within the industry.
Tom remains enthusiastic in the development of new ideas and efficiencies, to further exceed our customer’s expectations.
CB remains in a strong commercial partnership with Ayjay Group. They continue to work together providing customers with a full turn-key solution with both electrical and refrigeration services.
